Lead and manage full-stack product development across backend (Node.js/NestJS) and frontend (React/Next.js) layers with a clear grasp of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and DevOps to scope, plan, and execute high-impact engineering projects.
Drive technical architecture discussions and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance implementation practices.
Own project lifecycle: requirement gathering, sprint planning, delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, and post-release reviews.
Actively engage in code reviews and contribute to critical codebases when required, ensuring high standards of software quality.
Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and project plans.
Maintain rigorous focus on team velocity, quality assurance, and delivery predictability.
Identify technical risks, mitigate bottlenecks, and champion a culture of engineering excellence.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven track record (8+ years) of technical delivery across complex full-stack projects.
Expertise in Node.js and NestJS for backend development.
Strong frontend proficiency with React.js and Next.js (SSR, hydration, performance tuning).
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, GraphQL, and microservices.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices: Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, etc.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a hands-on mindset.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with caching (Redis), database optimization (MySQL,PostgreSQL/MongoDB), and scalable design patterns.
Exposure to performance monitoring and observability tools (New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, etc.).
Certifications in Agile, PMP, or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) are advantageous.
Prior experience in SaaS, FinTech, or high-growth product companies is a strong plus.
