Job Title: Associate Technical Project Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Associate Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-level software projects from conception to delivery. You will serve as the primary client interface, driving end-to-end project execution-from requirements gathering and solution design to quality delivery, financial oversight, and long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and identify opportunities for follow-up projects
Project Planning & Delivery
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and delivery teams to define solutions, estimates, and comprehensive project plans
- Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Own backlog prioritization and sprint planning in alignment with client objectives
Quality & Risk Management
- Implement quality assurance processes and ensure deliverables meet defined standards
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Handle escalations swiftly and effectively, ensuring timely resolution
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional project teams
- Monitor and enhance Employee Satisfaction (ESAT) scores
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training initiatives to strengthen team capabilities
Business Development & Process Excellence
- Support pre-sales activities, proposal development, and client reactivation initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement by promoting best practices, process optimization, and emerging technology adoption
- Contribute to strategic resource planning and capacity management
Required Skills & Experience
- 6-7 years of overall experience in the software industry, with at least 1-2 years in a dedicated project management role
- Strong hands-on development background with MEAN/MERN stack or similar modern technologies, with the ability to guide, review, and mentor teams on technical best practices.
- Demonstrated success delivering Web and Mobile application projects for diverse industries
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilitiescapable of structuring complex information, thinking abstractly across technologies and industries, and breaking down sophisticated challenges into actionable solutions
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or equivalent platforms
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Headless Architecture (PWA) and modern frontend/mobile frameworks (React, React Native, Flutter, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI/ML projects, or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar
