We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who owns delivery end-to-end, ensuring that engineering teams execute efficiently, risks are managed proactively, and projects are delivered with high quality and predictability.
The ideal candidate has strong technical foundations, preferably having worked as a developer or lead developer before transitioning into project management.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Ownership
- Own end-to-end delivery of software projects
- Ensure on-time, high-quality releases, not just task completion
- Drive clarity from ambiguity in requirements
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, timelines, and delivery milestones
- Create and maintain project roadmaps
- Break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks for development teams
Team Leadership & Management
- Ensure team productivity and focus
- Identify and resolve blockers before escalation
- Act as a bridge between business & engineering
- Track development progress and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate and manage a team of 510 developers
Technical Oversight
- Understand architecture well enough to challenge decisions & identify risks
- Work closely with developers to understand architecture and technical constraints
- Review technical documentation and ensure development aligns with the project plan
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed technical and product documentation
- Track progress using project management tools
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and clients
Quality & Delivery
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Improve development workflows
Requirements
- Proven ownership of end-to-end project delivery
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development or technical project management
- Prior experience managing engineering teams of 510 developers
- Strong understanding of software development workflows, system architecture, and technical trade-offs, with the ability to challenge and guide engineering decisions
- Experience in project planning, sprint management and roadmap creation
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Previously worked as a developer or lead developer before transitioning to project management
- Experience working with .NET backend systems
- Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks
- Experience managing cross-functional product development teams
