Role Mission
- Own end-to-end delivery
- Build systems
- Remove founder from operations
- Own delivery P&L per project
- Maintain 25% gross margin
- Control scope creep + budget burn
What You'll Do
- Convert founder vision sprint-ready execution
- Create Jira boards, user stories, timelines
- Run weekly sprints + daily standups
- Manage dev, design, QA
- Client updates + risk management
- Maintain margin visibility
- Build SOPs + delivery playbooks
- Hire/structure dev team with founder
- Authority to hire/fire contract devs (with founder approval)
- Approve sprint scope without founder involvement
- Escalate only strategic blockers
- You Must Have
- Managed 50L+ cumulative project budgets
- Handled multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience recovering delayed projects
- 37 yrs managing software projects
- Hands-on with Jira/ClickUp
- API, backend, and architecture understanding
- Govt or enterprise project exposure (preferred)
- Ruthless prioritization + zero-excuse attitude
