Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Technical Project Manager with 58 years of experience to lead and execute a multi-disciplinary project involving Embedded Systems, AI/ML, Web-based Monitoring, and Application Development. This role demands excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills along with a solid technical grounding in C/C++, Java, and Python development ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end execution of software and embedded system development projects from requirements through deployment.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising App Developers, Embedded Engineers, Web Developers, and AI Specialists.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for planning, status updates, and requirement clarifications.
- Ensure project delivery within timelines, budgets, and defined quality benchmarks.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Manage documentation, technical risk mitigation, and compliance to development best practices.
- Oversee integration between control equipment, server-side monitoring, and AI-based processing systems.
Required Qualifications:
- 58 years of experience managing technical development projects in embedded systems, industrial automation, or AI/ML domains.
- Solid programming understanding in C/C++, Java, or Python.
- Hands-on experience working with Windows IoT, embedded platforms, and/or cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Strong project management and documentation skills using tools like JIRA, Git, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related engineering discipline.
Preferred Traits:
- Background in Industrial Automation, Image Processing, or AI-led product development.
- Prior experience with equipment control interfaces or IoT solutions is a plus.
- Comfortable with fast-paced execution and international stakeholder communication.
- Open to international travel and ready for immediate onboarding.
