Required Skills & Qualifications :-
- BE/BTech (preferred) in Engineering or related field
- 34 years of experience building and scaling multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery (sprints) and product lifecycle
- Solid experience in business analysis, prioritization, and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities:-
- Drive program & project management for SaaS product development
- Own PRDs, user stories, sprint planning, and delivery execution (Agile/Scrum)
- Work hands-on with tools like Jira / Linear for tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with engineering, product, business, and external stakeholders
- Define and manage product roadmaps based on market segmentation and business priorities
- Drive business vs technology trade-offs, prioritizing features vs tech debt
- Support product-led growth initiatives
- Ensure adherence to service SLAs (Uptime, RPO, RTO)
- Collaborate on compliance readiness (Data & System Compliance PII, GDPR, SOC good to have)
