Role Overview

Are you someone ready to step up your game into a leadership role influencing a diverse range of stakeholders while consistently delivering business value CricClubs is looking for a passionate Technical Program Manager who can own the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives that power our global products and client solutions.

You will work autonomously and collaboratively across product, engineering, operations, and client teams to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, drive progress against goals, and deliver scalable solutions that make an impact worldwide. The ideal candidate is a certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), with a proven ability to manage software development projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple concurrent, complex technology projects from onboarding through successful delivery across distributed, agile squads.

Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and fostering high-performance team dynamics to achieve rapid, quality releases.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to transform business needs into clear, actionable plans and delivery schedules.

Track and communicate project health with metrics like velocity, burn-down, throughput, and deadlines to both internal leadership and external clients.

Proactively identify and remove risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, escalating when necessary to maintain momentum.

Influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders by clearly communicating trade-offs, progress, and strategic choices.

Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.

Manage client-facing relationships with national boards, leagues, and franchises to ensure thorough alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

510 years experience managing software product delivery, ideally in SaaS or SportsTech sectors.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is preferred.

Deep expertise in Agile and hybrid methodologies, with experience leading distributed and offshore teams.

Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholder priorities.

Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence technical and non-technical audiences alike.

Strong passion for sports, particularly cricket, is highly valued.
