Job Description

Leading the Agile teams on how to use Agile methodology and scrum practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
Coaching the Agile teams in self-organization, cross-functional skill set, and domain knowledge.
Facilitating and supporting all scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Working with the Agile teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision-making.
Resolving team impediments to increase the effectiveness of the application of scrum on the program.
Assisting the Agile teams achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
Contributing to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the program.
Responsible for end to end project delivery of Cloud / Big Data Solutions from project estimations, resourcing and monitoring perspective
Drive and participate in requirements gathering workshops, estimation discussions, design, meetings and status review meetings

UG Qualification
B.Tech/B.E - Computers

PG Qualification
Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization
