Technical Project Manager

Role Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project execution using both traditional waterfall and modern agile methodologies. The role requires strong command over structured project management frameworks such as PMP and PRINCE2, driving projects from initiation to final delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across all phases of project delivery.
• Apply waterfall methodologies and agile practices based on project requirements.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Implement PMP and PRINCE2-based governance to ensure structured and controlled project execution.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, ensuring timely mitigation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and communication meet organizational standards.
