We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager with strong experience delivering BSS/OSS transformation programs. The role requires end-to-end project ownership, intensive planning, execution, tracking, stakeholder management, and strong technical grounding in telecom systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large BSS/OSS projects (requirements design build test rollout).
- Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation and delivery timelines.
- Lead cross-functional teams (2050+ members) across development, integration, QA, infrastructure and vendors.
- Own governance, RAID management, weekly reporting and executive updates.
- Drive technical discussions with architects and engineering leads.
- Manage client interactions: daily delivery syncs, weekly reviews, and monthly executive steering.
- Ensure quality through SIT/UAT readiness, defect management, release planning and cutover execution.
- Handle multi-vendor coordination across BSS and OSS systems.
Must-Have Skills:
- 12+ years total experience with minimum 5+ years in BSS/OSS domain.
- Experience handling teams of 3050 people and long-duration programs (>12 months).
- Strong understanding of Billing, CRM, Order Management, Charging, Inventory, Provisioning.
- Strong planning, tracking, and delivery execution capabilities.
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, RAID logs, HP ALM/Zephyr.
