Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery of high-quality product releases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder management, project execution, and driving teams toward successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure timely and quality product releases.

• Create detailed project plans and drive execution to meet milestones and requirements.

• Take complete end-to-end responsibility for project outcomes.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand product vision, priorities, and roadmap, and assist in defining scope and timelines.

• Run Scrum meetings, manage sprints, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.

• Oversee project prioritization, planning of features, and stakeholder management.

• Track project metrics, external commitments, and provide status updates.

  
  

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience.

• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Proven experience in managing project dashboards, sprint goals, backlog items, and tracking key metrics.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on experience with Jira workflow management.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proven success in working with senior management and cross-functional teams.

• Strong technical understanding or hands-on expertise.

• Ability to articulate and explain complex technologies clearly.

• Experience managing projects involving Big Data or NoSQL systems.
