Technical Project Manager
Project Management
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, CISO and Release Manager to build and execute our security audits plan for Hotel IT solutions.
- Manage the creation and tracking of Security Audits deliverables.
- Develop and execute project management plans and charters, revising them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Anticipates business issues and challenges various groups to define and resolve complex problems that may impact the scope.
- Take end to end responsibility on the delivery managing and coordinating planning of activities.
Collaboration Framework and associated governance
- Ensure effective project management, communication, and coordination across various stakeholders.
- Define and implement a solid Collaboration framework and governance to orchestrate the various delivery streams needed.
- Ensure the organization is clear and effective, propose any needed organizational adaptation to succeed
Execution Tracking
- Define and maintain execution roadmap
- Define KPI of success and measure them in order to build a score card
- Ensure the delivery on time and on budget. Raise flags, keep all parties informed, anticipate deviations, provide back up actions.
- Oversee pipeline and efforts for the core teams, and determine priorities in case of conflicts
Collaboration & Resource Management
- Standardize processes to support these types of activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Provide inputs to improve tooling efficiency when applicable.
- Be an active contributor of our Power of One ambition, promoting collaboration thanks to this central role. Promote good practices and support team autonomy in tooling and project progress.
