Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee QA and test automation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong communication and high satisfaction levels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement processes and deliver optimized solutions aligned with customer expectations
Track, analyze, and report on project metrics including profitability, quality, risks, and resource utilization
Work closely with technical leads to align deliverables with customer goals and ensure defect-free implementation
Leverage expertise in QA practices and test automation frameworks to guide and support the project team
