Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in product development or delivery/implementation management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with product-based companies and possess excellent project execution, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality execution across multiple initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Drive project planning, estimation, scheduling, risk management, and execution.
- Manage delivery commitments, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align delivery with product roadmaps.
- Track and report project status, risks, and metrics to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.
- Manage change requests, scope creep, and priority conflicts effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1015 years of overall experience with strong delivery/project management expertise.
- Experience as a Delivery Manager or Technical Project Manager.
- Solid background in product development or working in a product-based organization.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
