Technical Project Manager

Job Title: Project Delivery Manager

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8+ years of experience delivering complex technology projects.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins,

Terraform, or Kubernetes.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager with strong technical depth and

delivery leadership. This role requires a hybrid professional who can manage complex,

multi-stakeholder technology programs while also engaging hands-on with engineering teams

when needed. The position is responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of strategic

initiatives through structured project management and sound technical judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Execution

● Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technology projects from initiation

through deployment and stabilization.

● Own project planning, scope definition, scheduling, risk management, and resource

coordination.

● Ensure all deliverables meet agreed business objectives, technical standards, security

requirements, and timelines.

● Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate and guide teams on

delivery best practices.

Technical Leadership

● Act as a hands-on technical partner when required, supporting solution design,

architecture reviews, and issue resolution.

● Work closely with engineering, DevOps, data, and architecture teams to validate

feasibility and ensure delivery quality.

● Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and executable tasks.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

● Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional

teams.

● Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and status reports.

● Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and align priorities across business and

technology teams.

Quality & Process Improvement

● Promote best practices in software delivery, DevOps, quality engineering, and

documentation.

● Continuously improve delivery processes, workflows, and team productivity.

● Conduct retrospectives and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent

practical experience.

● Strong technical background in areas such as software development, cloud platforms,

DevOps, APIs, or data engineering.

● Solid understanding of modern architectures including microservices, cloud

(AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, containerization, and security principles.

● Proven experience working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models.

● Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in fast-paced or high-growth technology environments.

● Project or Agile certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile Coach).

● Experience working with distributed or multi-vendor teams.
