Technical Project Manager

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. As a .NET Delivery Manager, you will oversee the full software development life cycle (SDLC) for high-value accounts. You will be the primary technical point of contact for US-based stakeholders, responsible for translating business requirements into robust .NET architectures while managing the speed and quality of the engineering squads.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple .NET-based projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and DevOps engineers
• Stakeholder (Internal and external) management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong stakeholder communication and satisfaction
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery governance
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure consistent delivery excellence
• Collaborate with pre-sales and sales teams during solutioning, estimations, and proposal creation
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, security, and performance
• Handle escalations proactively and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Monitor and report delivery metrics, KPIs, and project health to leadership
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation within delivery
• Support account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on background in .NET technologies, including:
• .NET Core
• C#
• Web APIs, Microservices architecture
• Entity Framework / ORM tools
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure (preferred)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular/React)
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/C

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 8 –15 years of experience in software development and delivery, with significant exposure to .NET technologies
• At least 6-8 years of stakeholder management experience is a must
• Proven experience in managing large, complex technology projects and distributed teams
• Strong client-facing experience, preferably with US or global customers
• Experience in Agile delivery models and project management methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Familiar with Scrum methodologies
