What's the Role:

We are seeking a world-class Technical Project Manager (TPM) who can orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives with clarity, precision, and impeccable execution. As the operational nucleus between engineering, product, design, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders, you will ensure every project moves from concept to launch with speed, quality, and complete alignment.

What You Will Own:

Agile Program & Delivery Leadership

- Drive end-to-end project execution using Agile and hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe-aligned).

- Own sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and cross-functional syncs.

- Ensure sprint goals are clearly defined, committed, and delivered with predictability.

Roadmap & Backlog Management

- Partner with Product to translate business and technical objectives into structured roadmaps.

- Maintain a prioritized backlog with clear acceptance criteria.

- Balance scope, timelines, and engineering bandwidth.

Sprint Execution & Deliverables Management

- Create detailed sprint plans with milestones, dependencies, estimations, and ownership.

- Track progress daily and ensure blockers are cleared quickly.

- Monitor engineering throughput and improve team productivity using data-driven insights.

Tracking, Dashboards & Reporting

- Build automated dashboards for real-time visibility into project health, risks, burndown, velocity, and dependencies.

- Publish weekly and monthly status reports for leadership.

- Establish a single source of truth for documentation and timelines.

Risk Identification, Escalations & Mitigation

- Identify risks earlyfrom technical debt to cross-team dependencies.

- Drive mitigation plans and escalate issues proactively.

- Manage critical path analysis for multi-track initiatives.

Cross-Functional Negotiation & Alignment

- Act as an expert negotiator across engineering, product, design, data, business, and compliance.

- Facilitate trade-offs between scope, quality, and timelines.

- Secure decisions swiftly without compromising delivery quality.

Tools & Project Systems Expertise

- Hands-on mastery of Jira, Zoho Projects, Confluence, GitHub, and Notion.

- Create workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reporting templates.

Scrum Team Leadership

- Guide scrum teams with clarity, structure, and operational rigor.

- Promote accountability, ownership, and delivery excellence.

What You Bring

- 712 years of experience in technical project/program management.

- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, APIs, and system architecture.

- Proven success leading high-velocity engineering teams and multi-track programs.

- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership.

- Expertise with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Zoho Projects, or similar tools.

Preferred

- Engineering background or hands-on dev/QA experience.

- Experience in fintech, regulated markets, distributed systems, or real-time trading.

- Certifications like PMP, CSM, CSPO, or SAFe.
