Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled
Technical Project Delivery Manager with 4–7 years of experience to lead and manage end-to-end software project delivery. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of software development projects from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and ensure on-time delivery with high quality standards.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies.
- Monitor team performance and productivity and provide guidance when required.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in software project management and delivery.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working with software development teams and QA teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Technical background in software development or system architecture.
- Experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
