Role Overview
Ayfiz infotech is seeking a Technical Project / Business Manager who combines strong full-stack technical understanding with business and delivery leadership.
This role will act as the central bridge between technology, project delivery, and business growth, ensuring that client requirements are translated into scalable technical solutions and delivered efficiently.
The candidate will work closely with development teams, BDMs, and the sales team to ensure that projects are technically feasible, commercially viable, and delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Delivery Leadership
- Manage the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans.
- Manage project timelines, sprint planning, and delivery milestones.
- Ensure quality delivery of web applications, SaaS products, and client projects.
- Technical Oversight
Provide Technical Guidance To Teams Working With
- MERN stack
- PHP / Laravel
- Modern UI frameworks
- Cloud and CI/CD environments
- Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and scalability concerns.
- Work closely with Tech Leads and developers to ensure best engineering practices.
- Team Leadership
Lead Cross-functional Teams Including
- Developers
- UI/UX Designers
- QA engineers
- Implement and maintain Agile/Scrum practices such as standups, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming.
- Ensure team productivity, accountability, and collaboration.
- Coordination with Sales & Business Development
Work Closely With The BDM And Sales Team During
- Lead qualification
- Requirement discussions
- Technical discovery sessions
- Provide technical feasibility analysis and solution architecture for sales proposals.
- Assist the BDM team in preparing:
- Project scope documents
- Technical proposals
- Cost and timeline estimations
- Support sales during client presentations and technical discussions when required.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to project delivery teams after deal closure.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Conduct requirement discovery meetings with clients.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure client expectations align with technical capabilities and delivery timelines.
- Product & SaaS Development
- Contribute to internal product and SaaS platform development.
- Assist in defining product roadmaps and feature priorities.
- Ensure products are technically scalable and market-ready.
- Strategic Reporting
Provide regular delivery and performance reports to the Founder/Management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 510 years experience in software development / technical project management
- Strong experience with full-stack technologies ( MERN / PHP / modern web frameworks )
- Experience managing technical teams and client-facing projects
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with sales and business development teams
