In
this job, I
Lead
high-stakes programmes crucial to Tesco's day to day success as well as
creating a foundation for future strategic initiative in the Property domain.
Shape and
define projects with ambiguous scopes.
Develop
and track plans to achieve programme goals, keeping everyone informed.
Perform
project budget/financial and resource management.
Mentor and
guide teams, providing expert advice on delivery.
Balance
best practices with Tesco's priorities to find optimal solutions.
Anticipate
risks, manage escalations, and improve delivery methodologies.

A comprehensive understanding of the property sector is advantageous.
