Technical Program Manager, YouTube BizTech

Role Responsibilities:

• Track and manage project progress, run scrum ceremonies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Optimize product roadmap and sprint structure for distributed teams in different time zones.
• Define milestones and success criteria, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery of technology programs.
• Provide consultative technical guidance on internal and external compliance requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience managing projects and working in technical program or release management.
• Experience coordinating and managing work across multiple time zones, leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to use technical judgment to solve challenges related to bug triage, source control, and continuous integration.
