Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and govern large‑scale On‑Premises to Cloud Migration Programs across multiple clients.

The role is responsible for end‑to‑end technical program management, ensuring that migration‑related technical issues, challenges, and dependencies are addressed effectively through the right expertise, coordination, and governance.

This role acts as the single point of accountability for technical program health, issue resolution, and governance, enabling smooth execution without continuous senior leadership intervention.

Required Skills & Experience

Must‑Have

• 12- 17 years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar technical leadership roles.
• Strong experience managing cloud migration programs (on‑premises to public cloud).
• Solid technical understanding of:
• Infrastructure, networking, security, and connectivity
• Migration execution, cutovers, validation, and hypercare
• Proven ability to guide technical teams, engage experts, and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Strong stakeholder and client management capabilities.

Good‑to‑Have

• Experience running multi‑client or large‑scale enterprise migration programs.
• Exposure to environments with high operational and technical complexity.
• Background in regulated or enterprise‑scale platforms.
