Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams
Define program scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics
Drive planning, execution, risk management, and delivery
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Business stakeholders
Track program progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively resolve them
Establish best practices for program management, processes, and documentation
Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives
Facilitate sprint planning, release management, and post-launch reviews
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5 years of experience in program/project management in a technical environment
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar
