Role Overview
Lead end-to-end governance of complex technical integration programs, managing cross-functional teams in an Agile sprint-based delivery model from initiation through post-delivery support.
Key Responsibilities
- Own program planning, sprint scheduling, and milestone tracking across KT and delivery phases
- Maintain and govern RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) with proactive escalation
- Manage critical dependencies (e.g., lab setup, licensing, hardware/software readiness, resourcing)
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders via structured communication cadence
- Lead steering committees and deliver executive-level RAG status reporting
- Govern scope changes with formal change control processes
- Manage team ramp-up and ramp-down aligned with delivery plans
- Ensure milestone sign-offs with zero critical defects (P1/P2)
Mandatory Skills
- 15+ years in IT program/project management; 8–10 years in cloud-native or telecom infrastructure
- Experience managing multi-vendor programs (ISVs, hardware vendors, enterprise clients)
- Strong Agile/Scrum expertise (multi-team sprint execution, backlog, velocity tracking)
- Proven risk management (RAID governance, mitigation planning)
- Experience with Jira Portfolio
- Strong stakeholder management up to CxO level
- Technical understanding of Kubernetes, OpenStack, distributed cloud, CI/CD
