Role Overview

We're hiring an IFS MRO Consultant / Solution Architect to lead solution design and delivery across complex MRO transformation programmes. The role requires strong expertise in IFS MRO environments along with enterprise stakeholder management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IFS MRO solution architecture and implementation
• Drive delivery across large enterprise transformation programmes
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders
• Support solution design, process alignment, and delivery governance
• Work closely with consulting and project delivery teams

Required Experience

• 15+ years of overall experience
• Strong expertise in IFS MRO
• Experience across Complex MRO / Fleet MRO / Aircraft MRO
• Background in large-scale enterprise implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience preferred
