Technical Program Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for a highly execution-focused Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong technical background who can effectively partner with engineering teams and drive cross-functional program execution. This is not a generalist project management role — we are specifically looking for someone who understands technology, engineering workflows, sprint execution, and can actively collaborate with developers on technical deliverables.

In this role you would:

• Drive end-to-end execution of technology development across engineering teams.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and leadership during sprint planning and execution.
• Facilitate Agile execution including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Understand technical architecture, engineering workflows, and code-level discussions to effectively communicate with developers.
• Ensure alignment between product requirements and engineering implementation.
• Maintain clear documentation for project status, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth release and deployment cycles.

 REQUIREMENTS

• 5–6 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Program Manager 
• Strong technical background with prior exposure to software development or engineering environments.
• Ability to understand code, technical architecture, APIs, and engineering discussions.
• Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of sprint management, story tracking, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in fast-paced product organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, GitHub, or similar project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel technical initiatives with strong attention to detail.
