Role Overview
This is a product-aware, technically grounded role that sits within the Partnerships team. The Manager – TPM - Partnerships will own the BAU health of live partner integrations from a product and technology standpoint — resolving issues fast, tracking enhancements from sprint to delivery, and acting as the single-threaded owner for all tech-facing partner interactions. This role will require equal comfort engaging internal engineering teams and external partner stakeholders at the CXO level.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end BAU product and tech issue resolution for all live partner integrations — triage incoming issues, coordinate with internal engineering, and close every issue within defined TAT with no unresolved critical bugs impacting live business.
- Lead debugging efforts on integration failures, API mismatches, and data discrepancies in partnership with engineering; own the RCA process and ensure permanent fixes over workarounds.
- Act as the primary external interface for tech and product matters with banks and other integration counterparts — ensuring clear, structured, and timely communication at all stages.
- Drive product enhancements in partnership with Snapmint's internal engineering teams — from requirement definition through sprint planning to delivery milestones and post-launch validation.
- Own phased progress visibility — ensure all integration workstreams have defined milestones, timelines, and owners, and proactively flag risks before they become blockers.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- MBA/PGDM from a tier-1 or 2 institute preferred, with specialisation in product, technology, or operations
Years of Experience:
- 3–6 years of total experience
- At least 3 years in a TPM, product operations, tech partnership, or integration management role — preferably in fintech, payments, lending, banks, or NBFCs
Hands-On Skills
- Strong working knowledge of API-based integrations, tech issue triaging, and product debugging in a business context — able to read and interpret API logs, identify failure points, and communicate clearly with engineering teams.
- Ability to manage multiple live partner relationships simultaneously with high attention to detail, structured follow-through, and zero tolerance for open-ended escalations.
- Comfortable engaging CXO and senior stakeholders at partner banks and TPAPs to drive accountability and resolution.
- Proficient in Excel, JIRA, or equivalent tools for sprint tracking, issue management, and operational reporting.
- Clear and structured written and verbal communication — for partner interactions, internal escalation documentation, and leadership reviews.
- Understanding of Credit Line on UPI, UPI payment flows, digital lending, Embedded finance or co-lending models is a strong advantage.
