Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple, simultaneous technical programs.
- Experience developing and reviewing technical requirements, design documents, product life-cycle processes, bug triage, setting technical goals, and resolving technical tradeoffs between teams.
- Experience partnering with engineering, product management, and support teams to facilitate the design and delivery of features.
- Knowledge of order management, invoicing and business growth recognition with exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation.

Responsibilities
- Manage the program portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
- Work cross-functionally with a global geographically distributed team to understand, implement, and deploy finance/business growth recognition solutions.
- Drive best practice improvements for both system and process to achieve data integrity, data transparency, and a positive user experience.
- Support the team with all required elements of project planning and delivery, using knowledge of project methodologies including tools and techniques.
- Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key stakeholder communications.
