Technical Program Manager responsible for the planning and delivery of complex, cross-functional features. You'll interact with Development Managers, Product Managers, and multiple development teams. Your role will involve leading the delivery of large, complex strategic objectives, and you'll act as a key liaison between various teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Management: You'll anticipate and manage bottlenecks and provide escalation management. You'll also identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
- Communication & Collaboration: You'll be responsible for reporting at a daily, weekly, or fortnightly cadence to different levels of management. You will also create and disseminate project information to stakeholders and drive effective teamwork and collaboration across different groups.
- Technical Expertise: You'll need to be passionate and knowledgeable about new trends in DevOps, SaaS, and Distributed Computing. Experience in these domains, as well as with Java, Golang, Cassandra, or AWS, is a significant plus. You should also have a solid understanding of systems engineering and architecture.
- Agile Methodologies: Strong familiarity with agile methodologies and a track record of successful system implementations are required.
