Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing the unique complexities and fast-paced life-cycle of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) software development projects.
- Experience in leading Agile transformations, with a track record of coaching and upskilling engineering teams in Agile delivery and ceremonies.
- Ability to apply program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects (planning, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management).

Responsibilities
- Own and drive the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional engineering efforts within a specific domain or product area.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile ceremonies and help software teams adopt and mature their Agile practices to improve efficiency.
- Implement governance structures for prioritization and execution within your assigned area to ensure alignment with key success metrics.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across teams to ensure project alignment and buy-in.
- Use sound judgment to drive project planning, scheduling, execution, and communication, building consensus among team members and partners.
