As a Technical Program Manager within the Resiliency Technology and Corporate Technology teams at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in an agile team dedicated to developing, enhancing, and delivering top-tier technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. Your deep technical expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in guiding innovative projects and promoting growth and innovation in a dynamic setting. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex technology products for the firm's Internal Audit function, using your understanding of agile delivery, technology principles, and customer needs to effectively manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams to deliver business value. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability will be key in navigating ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business objectives. Leveraging your advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, you will cultivate productive working relationships and influence decision-making while leading technology teams in agile methodologies. As a subject matter expert, your contributions will extend to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest level of quality and professionalism in product delivery.
