We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with deep expertise in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and system integration to lead complex, large-scale technology programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical acumen with program management expertise to drive cross functional execution and ensure high-quality delivery across engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs
- Define program roadmap, milestones, and execution strategy aligned with business goals
- Drive Agile (Scrum/Kanban) practices and ensure adherence to SDLC processes
- Coordinate with engineering, product, DevOps, QA, and architecture teams
- Manage system integration across multiple platforms, services, and applications
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation strategies
- Track and report program progress, KPIs, and delivery metrics to stakeholders
- Ensure timely, scalable, and high-quality solution delivery
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release Skills Required :
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Experience with system integration, microservices architecture, and API-driven development (REST/SOAP)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Hands-on exposure to DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps for tracking and collaboration
