To help us achieve this, we are seeking a hands-on Senior Technology Manager who can orchestrate product execution, streamline deployments, and manage releases. This role is essential for ensuring that we deliver high-quality features quickly and reliably. The position sits at the intersection of Agile project management and SaaS release operations, ensuring that our engineering, product, and business teams are aligned, efficient, and operating at full capacity.
Roles
Agile Program Execution & SaaS Delivery
Lead
Agile development cycles (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming).
Own end-to-end
feature development lifecycles from ideation to deployment.
Balance
speed, scalability, and customer experience while shipping new features.
Collaborate with engineering to
optimize SaaS product releases and cloud-native deployments.
Collaborate with Product Team to interlock Product Features with Delivery Plan
SaaS Release Management & Automation
Own and optimize the
SaaS release pipelineensuring smooth, reliable, and zero-downtime deployments.
Define
versioning, rollout strategies, and rollback plans for multi-tenant cloud environments.
Coordinate customer communication, release acceptance and post release documentation.
Conduct
Post Release Review to keep improving Release process
Cross-Team Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment
Act as the
bridge between Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Customer Success to ensure smooth feature rollouts.
Define
release readiness criteria, coordinating across teams for successful go-live.
Ensure seamless communication of upcoming changes to
customers, leadership, and internal teams.
Drive
incident management and rapid rollback strategies when needed.
Customer-Centric Feature Rollouts
Work closely with
Customer Success & Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new features.
Implement
A/B testing, phased rollouts, and beta testing frameworks for customer feedback.
Collaborate with product managers to
prioritize roadmap based on customer impact and technical feasibility.
Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager, Release Manager, or Engineering Manager in a SaaS startup or cloud-based product company.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies(Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple teams, manage dependencies, and remove roadblocks proactively.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skillstranslating technical challenges into business impact.
- Understanding of SaaS architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and multi-tenant deployments.
- Expertise in zero-downtime deployments, feature flagging, and rollback strategies.
- Self-starter mindsetthrives in high-velocity, fast-growing SaaS environments.
- Ability to assess risks and issues, priorities, respond and escalate accordingly.
Nice to Have
Experience with FinTech, RegTech, AI-powered SaaS, or security-focused SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK) and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with progressive delivery (canary releases, blue-green, A/B testing).
Experience working with remote and distributed teams in a global SaaS startup.
