What You'll Do:
- Design and deliver product training programs, making sure all new features and updates are clearly covered
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and walkthroughs for teams across Business Development, Sales, Delivery, and Operations
- Break down product and technical concepts into simple, practical understanding that teams can actually use
- Create assessments, quizzes, and activities to track monthly learning and progress
- Work closely with Product and Tech teams to stay updated and keep training content relevant
- Create / Curate engaging content like presentations, guides, and quick learning modules
- Support teams with one-on-one guidance or group discussions whenever needed
- Continuously improve training based on feedback, performance, and business needs
Who We're Looking For:
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Mandatory)
- 6+ years of experience in training, product enablement, or similar roles
- Good understanding of how products work, their features, and real use-cases
- Someone who has worked with cross-functional teams like Sales, Ops, or BD
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools for content creation
- Ability to explain things simply and clearly
- Good at working with different stakeholders and teams
- Comfortable with live training sessions and client-facing interactions
