At least 2 years experience as a technical PO, developer, or other hands-on role, to enable effective communication with all stakeholders.

- 3 years experience as a requirements analyst/product owner/system engineer in a software company.

- Experience in designing end-to-end product solutions.

- Technical - Java 11, JSP/Angular UI, Microservices, Kafka, Apache Camel, Vert.X, PostgreSQL, Oracle, K8S, App Server(JBoss/WildFly), MQ, Grafana, Prometheus, DevOps practices.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent grasp in English.

- Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills.

- Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment independently with minimal guidance.

- Experience in agile development preferred.

- Experience in Payments/ Financial industry - preferred.

Essential Requirements:

Working experience or familiarity from an architectural standpoint required in as many areas as possible.

Technical knowledge related to MS ecosystem (development, architecture & security) will be preferred.
