Role: Technical Product Owner
Location: Hybrid (Gurugram)
Duration: 9 months (contract to hire)
- The Technical Product Owner will lead Agile practices within AI-driven development teams, ensuring effective collaboration, timely delivery, and continuous improvement. This role requires a strong SaaS engineering background and prior experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS environment. The individual will own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, translating business priorities into clear sprint goals, user stories, and actionable development tasks.
- They will communicate product vision and roadmap to both business and technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Partnering with Domain Managers, they will define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and overall product outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with business leaders and IT teams to convert high-level goals into prioritized initiatives and enhancements.
- The Product Owner will lead requirements gathering, business process definition, and solution design sessions while ensuring delivery teams understand business value and success criteria. They will also support backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and post-release validation. Strong Agile knowledge, excellent communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential for driving alignment and delivering impactful AI and software solutions.
