Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for healthcare technology products
- Collaborate with stakeholders (clinical, business, and technical teams) to gather and prioritize requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR where applicable)
- Analyze market trends and competitor products in healthcare IT space
- Manage sprint planning, grooming, and release planning activities
- Act as the key point of contact between business and development teams
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Manager in IT
- Strong experience in healthcare domain (US healthcare preferred)
- Good understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, EHR/EMR systems)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows
