Role Summary:

• We are looking for a highly experienced AI Technical Product Owner with deep knowledge on Agile methodologies and substantial Medicare domain expertise in healthcare to lead the development of AI/ML-powered solutions.

AI Product Ownership in Healthcare:

• Own and manage the product backlog for AI initiatives
• Translate business, clinical, and regulatory needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features based on business value, compliance requirements, and technical feasibility.

Agile Leadership:

• Chair and lead all Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure sprint goals align with healthcare outcomes, roadmap, and AI KPIs.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence across multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and manage sprint progress, blockers, and dependencies.

Strategic & Technical Collaboration:

• Work with AI/ML architects to define solution design, model training workflows, and deployment pipelines within HIPAA compliant infrastructure.
• Define and track model performance, fairness, and explainability metrics.
• Strong Knowledge in Azure Devops

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in product ownership or technical product management.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent certification.
• Proven expertise in Agile frameworks and facilitation of all Agile ceremonies.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and healthcare applications
• Strong Proficiency in Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including clinical stakeholders.

Good to have skills:

• Experience with Azure Services (Open AI, Document Intelligence).
• Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare regulatory standards.
• Exposure to Responsible AI frameworks or ethical AI toolkits.

Key Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and clinical audiences.
• Strategic mindset with ability to execute tactically.
• Skilled in balancing innovation with compliance and patient safety.
