The Opportunity
We are seeking a
highly technical, hands-on Technical Product Manager who will work closely with engineering teams on day-to-day execution. This role requires deep technical fluency, the ability to break down engineering work, run product scrums, and manage sprint planning with precision. You will collaborate closely with US-based Product Management and Leadership teams to translate business requirements into
engineering-ready specifications,
tasks while maintaining strong alignment across time zones.
What You'll Do
- Act as the day-to-day technical partner to engineering teamsbreak down tasks, clarify requirements, and ensure sprint execution.
- Run daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retros.
- Work with US-based Product Managers to translate high-level strategy into detailed engineering plans.
- Write technical PRDs, API specifications, acceptance criterias, and workflows.
- Create Epics and User Stories with full on details, acceptance criterias for testing and validation
- Own cross-team communication, ensuring alignment between India engineering and US product/leadership.
- Conduct technical deep dives with engineering to validate feasibility and unblock teams when needed.
- Analyze logs, data flows, and architecture diagrams to support engineering decision-making.
- Ensure high-quality, predictable delivery through rigorous tracking and risk management.
- Collaborate with delivery and solution engineering teams and product owners and convert critical product gaps into features.
Must Have
- 58 years of TPM or technical product role experience.
- Strong understanding of cloud, AI/ML, Generative AI, APIs, distributed systems, or AI/ML.
- Proven experience with developing concepts and prototypes. Vibe coding experience is preferred.
- Proven success shipping B2B enterprise SaaS products.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Nice To Have
- Experience in AI governance, LLM orchestration, or compliance.
- Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech domains
- Engineering or CS background.
- Startup experience with dynamic and fast paced environments.
