Hiring: Technical Product Manager Payments

We're looking for a TPM to drive strategy and execution for our global payments platform.

Looking for people from Fintech / Product based companies.

Tier 1 college passout mandatory

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for payments, billing, and payouts.
• Partner with engineering on scalable architecture (gateways, orchestration, tokenization, ledgers).
• Lead integrations with Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, banks, and local methods.
• Improve payment success, latency, fraud, and cost.
• Ensure compliance (PCI-DSS, PSD2/SCA, AML/KYC) and work with risk teams.
• Share roadmap and insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years in product/TPM (payments or fintech preferred).
• Strong understanding of payment flows and APIs.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Global payment methods & fraud tools experience.
• Technical background or fintech experience.
