- Technical Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- The Toolkit: Expert-level proficiency in Jira. Experience with ProductBoard and AI/LLM-driven products is a significant advantage.
- Global Fluency: Experience working within a complex matrix across multiple geographies.
