Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complexprojects.

Should be able to manage multiple simultaneous projects and products.

Own Individual Products and their technical lifecycle.

Work with product managers in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling customer experience and capabilities for the seller community that helps themsucceed in their business goals.

Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.

Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.

Project management - prioritization, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments.

3. Experience

10+ years of relevant engineering experience.

5+ years of technical program management experience

Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.

Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position.

Manage the overall schedule, proactively mitigate risks, and keep the scope of engineering efforts under control.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
