capabilities at scale with built-in compliance (DPDP, GDPR) across global regions.

We're building the infrastructure layer that connects enterprises to AI securely, reliably, and

cost-effectively.

The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager (Technology) to own the product roadmap and drive

release planning for our multi-tenant AI platform. You'll work at the intersection of enterprise

needs, technical feasibility, and business viability, translating complex AI infrastructure into

products that clients actually adopt.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Roadmap: Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with enterprise

client needs, compliance requirements, and platform capabilities.

- Prioritisation: Make trade-off decisions across features, technical debt, and platform

enhancements using data-driven frameworks.

- Release Planning: Coordinate cross-functional releases across Global and Regional

instances.

- GTM Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing on positioning, competitive

differentiation, and launch planning.

- Client Success: Ensure smooth onboarding experiences and gather feedback loops for

continuous improvement.

You Should Have

- 2-4 years in SaaS product management, preferably in AI/ML platforms, developer tools,

or cloud infrastructure.

- Ability to work with technical teams on API-first products and platform architectures.

- Strong written communication for PRDs, roadmap decks, and client-facing

documentation.

- Ability to translate vague client needs into crisp User Stories and PRDs (Product

Requirement Documents).

- Deciding what gets built now, what gets built later, and what never gets built.

- Coordinating with Development, Cloud and Devops teams to ensure a smooth rollout.

- Closing the gap between what Sales promises and what Engineering can realistically

deliver.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to LLM orchestration, AI gateways, or MLOps platforms

- Familiarity with multi-region deployments and data residency requirements

- Prior experience in a 01 product environment
