Role Purpose
We are looking for a skilled Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic Technical Product Manager team. This role blends deeps in understanding merchant and customer onboarding experiences.
Responsibilities We Entrust You With
- 8 years of experience in tech domain, with 5 years in Product Management
- Experience in understanding merchant and customer onboarding experiences.
- Understanding in CRM integrations for leads management.
- Ability to understand merchant / partner requirements in detail and converting them to requirement documents.
- Prior Fintech experience and device lifecycle management
- Experience in onboarding and support management of devices with field service.

Relevant work experience
- Prior experience supporting teams on the CRMs
- Prior experience in technology as an engineer / architect
- Understanding of technical systems and solutions on how they come together.
- Driving and Owning product outcomes, metrics tracking and refining solutions.
