Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with strong Financial Crime expertise to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our FinCrime product domain. This role is critical in protecting customers and the platform from financial crime across the full lifecycle from onboarding and authentication to real-time transaction monitoring and internal security controls.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the FinCrime product roadmap aligned to risk, compliance, and customer trust objectives
• Lead delivery of secure, scalable solutions across KYC, authentication, fraud detection, AML monitoring, and internal controls
• Own the in-app Security Centre within the Native App (e.g., passkeys, session visibility, login management, wallet transfer controls, and portfolio protection settings)
• Balance robust security with seamless UX to reduce friction while maintaining strong protection standards
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Design in a fast-paced agile environment

Job requirements:

• 5+ years of technical product management experience, with at least 2-3 years in the FinCrime, fraud, cybersecurity domain and security related frameworks within a fintech or financial services company.
• 5+ years Experience managing teams
• Strong understanding of the technologies used in FinCrime prevention, including device fingerprinting, identity verification APIs, real-time data processing, machine learning models, and secure software development practices.
• Deep knowledge of the FinCrime landscape, including common fraud typologies, AML regulations (e.g., KYC, transaction monitoring), and the tools and techniques used to combat financial crime.
• Proven ability to define a product vision and strategy, translate it into a clear roadmap, and execute on that roadmap in an agile environment. Experience with product discovery, user research and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Adept at communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work on multiple projects within respective project time frames
• A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change
