About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager / Owner to join our team and execute the development of Eazy AI, an innovative plug-and-play AI shopping assistant platform for conversational commerce. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap and work closely with the technology team building the complete technology stack from frontend chat widgets to AI-powered backend services, working across React, Node.js, Azure AI services, and AWS infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the cofounders and project managers to understand the product vision & goals
• Define and prioritize product roadmap based on customer / market feedback and technical feasibility
• Define the product requirements, user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with technical team via daily stand-ups to oversee the product development
• Own and drive the sprint planning, reviews, and customer demos
• Undertake User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for each release and own quality of feature releases
• Undertake technical design discussions and troubleshoot bugs / features with technical team

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience as Technical Product Manager / Owner or similar role in technical environment
• 1-2 years as a full stack engineer / hands-on coding in a fast-paced tech start-up
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Technical background (engineering, CS degree, or equivalent experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with product management tools (Asana, Slack, Jira, Github, etc.)
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical products
