Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Product Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Technical Product Manager will lead the definition, development, and optimization of AI-powered recruitment products, working closely with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, translating customer and business needs into clear product roadmaps, and managing end-to-end delivery from concept to launch. The role involves analyzing product performance, conducting market and user research, and iterating features to improve usability, reliability, and impact for frontline industry customers. The Technical Product Manager will also coordinate cross-functional programs, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and communicate product updates and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Technical Product Management and Product Management skills to drive end-to-end product lifecycle and collaborate effectively with engineering and data science teams.
• Product Strategy skills to define vision, roadmap, and prioritization aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess product performance, and make evidence-based decisions.
• Program Management skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
• Experience with AI or SaaS products, preferably in HR tech, recruitment, or enterprise B2B environments.
• 2+ Yrs of experience working as a Technical Product Manager
• Ability to gather and synthesize customer feedback, conduct market research, and convert insights into actionable requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
