As part of expanding our AI cloud capabilities, OrangePeople is developing advanced AI-driven applications and platforms. We are hiring a technically strong Product Manager to lead, own, and scale these strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with technical depth in AI/ML and cloud platforms. This role requires the ability to translate business opportunities into scalable AI solutions while working closely with engineering, data science, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI cloud applications and platforms.
- Define and prioritize product features aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Partner with engineering and AI/ML teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing AI-driven solutions.
- Drive product discovery, requirement gathering, and user story creation.
- Translate complex AI capabilities into clear value propositions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and release cycles.
- Ensure cloud architecture considerations (performance, cost optimization, scalability, governance) are incorporated into product decisions.
- Establish success metrics (KPIs), track adoption, and continuously iterate based on feedback and data insights.
- Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation strategies.
- Communicate product updates and roadmap progress to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, including 3+ years in technical or platform-focused roles.
- Strong experience working with AI/ML-based products or cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience working closely with engineering teams (APIs, microservices, cloud architecture).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience defining product strategy for enterprise or B2B platforms.
- Ability to balance business strategy with technical feasibility.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on Generative AI or LLM-based applications.
- Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Background in SaaS or enterprise platform development.
- Experience launching 0-to-1 AI products.
