Job Description Technical Product / Business Relationship Manager

(BRM)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product / Business

Relationship Manager (BRM) with strong expertise in Salesforce and

Business Process Excellence. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge

between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that

business needs are understood, documented, and translated into scalable

Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

812 years of experience in Business Relationship Management / Product

Management / Business Analyst roles.

Strong hands-on understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,

Marketing Cloud, or related modules.

Proven experience in Business Process Excellence, Lean or Six Sigma

(preferred).

Strong experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and

managing backlog.

Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, and cross-functional

leadership skills.

Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum certification is a

plus).

Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand solution

architecture.

Experience with integrations, data flows, and Salesforce automation

tools is an advantage.

Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)

Salesforce Business Analyst Certification

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green Belt (optional)
