Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Presales Engineer Interns based in Bengaluru. The Technical Presales Engineer Intern will provide talk to CISOs and pitch new cybersecurity technologies, convince them to see a product demo and present the product capabilities, and identify customer requirements. Responsibilities include pitching technology, meeting the CISO or IT Security Head, preparing and delivering technical presentations, assisting with solution design, and addressing client queries. The role also involves partnering closely with internal teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and English Speaking proficiency
• Proficiency in Networking, Cybersecurity, and IT Infrastructure, with the ability to apply technical knowledge effectively.
• Experience in preparing and delivering Technical Presentations, Solution Design, and hands-on IT product demonstrations.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to address client needs and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Communication and Collaboration skills to liaise with sales, management, and technical teams effectively.
• Attention to detail, the ability to learn and adapt to evolving technologies, and familiarity with Presales processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in IT networking or systems integration is preferred.
